Invisibility - Anything/anyone she is in contact with when she turns invisible will turn invisible with her. She's still audible, you just can't see her. Anything she touches while invisible remains visible. Also, if she brought something with her that turned invisible, the minute she lets go of the thing, it becomes visible again. Recently she's learned to turn things invisible without turning herself invisible or turn things invisible when she's already invisible herself.

Phasing - While phased, she is immune to physical harm and can maneuver through solid objects. She would also disrupt electronic devices if she phased through them. She's learned to phase efficiently through stuff on her own, but she's still afraid to try to bring someone with her when she phases as she's afraid they'll get stuck or something.

Personality:
Amber still is pretty shy if pretty people give her the time of the day, but she's not afraid to talk to people anymore and she has stopped disappearing for the most part when she becomes uncomfortable with a situation. She likes to keep to herself a lot, but she's friendly towards most as long as you don't offend her. She's also learned to defend herself verbally and has learned she's quite protective over people she considers her friends. Starting college taught her to be less timid around people in general as she needs people to study with.

Weapon of choice: Her gifts

History: When Amber was 10 and her sister 5, their father was in an accident that killed him, so their mother raised the children by herself, with a little help from her sister, Marie. So she was close with her cousin while growing up, until Amanda really started practicing her witchcraft, but by that time, Amber thought she was old enough to stay in her room and read books and practice her instrument rather than be with her cousin, besides, Amanda didn't want her around at the time.

Amber more or less knew about her ability for since she was 13. The invisibility part of it anyway. There was this one time she was really late to school, and it turned out she'd gone to school in her PJs, so she just wanted to disappear, which luckily for her, she did. The whole day went by without people noticing her, and she was thrilled, hoping it was just that they were being polite. Everything changed when she went to the restroom and realized she couldn't see herself in the mirror. So, naturally, she freaked out and screamed, startling the other girls in there with her.

So conveniently for her, the other girls stormed out, thinking the place was haunted when they couldn't find the source of the scream, and she reappeared in the mirror. All she could say to herself was 'cool' before she once again realized that pajamas wasn't a proper attire for school and that was when she realized she could turn invisible at will. It would come in handy to know later, but she also had to get through the rest of the day, remaining invisible. Luckily it had been one of the first days of the year, so she hadn't had a bag or anything with her, they were given books, but she waited until after classes to pick them up, which was when she realized that if she had something in her hand before turning invisible, it would disappear with her.

After that first day of realizing she was special, she kept it a secret, making sure she was dressed properly every day, as she didn't want to seem like a freak or anything. Sadly, whenever a cute guy even looked in her direction, she ended up disappearing again, until she learned to keep her music with her and her head down so she wouldn't be invisible. She got through until she was 17 before her mom realized anything was off.

It was a night with terrible dreams and she wound up falling through the floor of her room onto the couch in the living room: the fall had waken her up so she didn't phase further. As her younger sister had some trouble at school, and their mother still talked with her sister a lot, they asked Amanda if Amber couldn't stay with her for a while and finish high school at that school for the gifted that Amanda had mentioned fleetingly.

Amanda said yes, so Amber moved in with her on the condition that she does some chores, and while Amanda practices her art she would also take care of her cousin and try to teach her some control. That's when she got the nickname 'Ghost' as Amanda thought it was cute and also because she sort of could act like a ghost.

Now she is learning how to phase, to control it that is, even if it's still whilst being invisible. Phasing at other times is a project for when the invisible phasing is complete. She has however through the help of her cousin learned how to make other people invisible by touching them as she disappeared, even if only for a very short amount of time for now.
